In these Terms, SimpliHi, we, us, or our refers to SimpliHi Technologies Private Limited or its affiliates. You or Customer refers to the business entity using the Services. Authorized Users are individuals permitted to access your account. End Users are individuals you message using the Services.

SimpliHi provides cloud based tools that allow Customers to send messages, manage contacts, automate workflows, analyze conversations, and integrate with WhatsApp. SimpliHi does not initiate communications on your behalf and does not control message content.

You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard login credentials, and ensure all Authorized Users comply with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
